Request account deletion

Delete it yourself in the app or on the website

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete in the K-lifeon app or at www.k-lifeon.com (guest accounts work the same way).
2. Tap 👤 (My info) at the top right of the home screen.
3. Tap "Delete account" near the bottom of the page and confirm once more.

If you cannot sign in

Email us at the address below with the email address (or nickname) you signed up with, and we will delete the account after verifying it is yours. soccer514514@gmail.com

Delete only some data and keep your account

You can delete some of your data without deleting your account. Sign in and delete it yourself as shown below, and email us for data you cannot delete yourself.

Data you can delete yourself

• Your posts: tap the ⋯ button on your post > "Delete". Your posts are listed in My info > Activity. Deleted posts are hidden from others right away (to have the server record erased right away too, email us below).
• Likes: tap ❤️ on the post again to remove it. They are listed in My info > Likes.
• Bookmarks: tap ⭐ on the place or post again to remove it. They are listed in My info > Bookmarks.
• Personalized recommendation records (food and attraction types you view often): turn off the switch in My info > Personalized recommendations and they are deleted right away.
• Block list: tap "Unblock" in My info > Blocked users.
• Nickname: you can change it in My info > Edit profile.

Before deleting, you can download your data in My info > Download my data.

Email us for data you cannot delete yourself

• AI Assistant chat history (questions and answers)
• Your inquiries and place-info correction suggestions
• Server records of posts you deleted
• Service usage records (screen visits and feature use — deleted automatically after 1 year)

Email the address below with the email address (or nickname) you signed up with and the data you want deleted. After verifying it is you, we delete it within 10 days of receiving the request and let you know. Records we must keep by law (see "What is kept for a set period by law" below) cannot be deleted. soccer514514@gmail.com

What is deleted

• Your account is deactivated as soon as you request deletion and is permanently deleted automatically after a 7-day grace period. Signing in again during the grace period restores the account.
• Account information such as your email and nickname, your posts and comments, saved places, AI Assistant usage records and personalized recommendation records are deleted with it.

What is kept for a set period by law

• Records of contracts or order withdrawals, and records of payments and supply of goods or services (including in-app subscription payment records): 5 years (Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Records of consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years (same Act)
• Records of labeling and advertising: 6 months (same Act)
• Records confirming the collection, use and provision of location information: 6 months (Korean Location Information Act)

These records are separated from your account, stored separately and destroyed when the period ends. Deleted data may remain in disaster-recovery backups for up to 14 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
