Community & Secondhand Board Policy
1. Posting Principles: Only factual information may be posted; false listings and exaggerated advertising are prohibited. This board can be viewed by non-members; reporting is available to users signed in as members (including guest members, up to 5 reports a day for guests), while posting, liking, and writing comments are available only to members who signed up with email or social login.
2. Prohibited Conduct: Fraud, sale of counterfeit goods, abuse/defamation/hate speech, obscene material, trading illegal items, posting others' personal information without authorization, and repeated near-duplicate posting (reviewed and addressed upon report).
3. Reports and Sanctions: Reports are reviewed and handled by an administrator; serious violations (e.g., fraud) result in account suspension, while minor violations (e.g., abusive language) result in a lowered tier. Members can also block other members from the "⋯" menu on a post; posts and comments from blocked members are hidden (you can unblock them in My Info > Blocked users). Comments can also be reported, and you can block the writer from the "⋯" menu on a comment. Administrators may hide comments that violate our policy; hidden comments are shown as "This comment was hidden under our community policy." (procedure in 7.). When you block a member, that member's posts and comments are hidden immediately and automatically reported to the operator, who reviews them within 24 hours. Posts and comments containing severe profanity, hate or sexual content, or prohibited expressions (illegal employment, recruiting for adult entertainment, demands for referral fees, etc.) cannot be posted.
4. Company's Role and Disclaimer: The Company is not a party to transactions between posters and only provides a feature connecting users for direct dealing. If you enter what looks like a phone number or bank account in a comment on second-hand or help-request posts, a scam warning is shown before posting. Do not send money before checking the item in person.
5. Copyright Infringement Reporting Procedure: If you believe another user's post infringes your copyright, you may report it via the in-app report feature or the customer center. The Company will review the report, temporarily hide the post, and notify the poster. The poster may request reinstatement if they disagree, and the Company will review both parties' explanations before making a final decision.
6. Job Posting Safety Standards: Job post authors must comply with relevant laws such as the Employment Security Act and the Immigration Control Act, and are personally legally responsible for any violation. K-lifeon is only an information-posting platform and does not directly broker or intermediate jobs. Job posts containing the following types of expressions are not published immediately but go through administrator review; if found after publication, they are removed immediately, and repeated violations may result in a usage restriction: (1) hiring for massage parlors, karaoke rooms, adult entertainment venues, or other businesses related to prostitution/adult entertainment, (2) wording implying the employment of undocumented workers, such as "visa not required," "no documents needed," or "residency status doesn't matter," (3) demanding a referral fee/commission, or requiring a passport/ID as collateral, (4) any other hiring condition that clearly violates relevant law. Recruiting posts must state the actual recruiting business's name and contact details (phone or email); contact details whose owner cannot be clearly identified, such as a P.O. box, may not be used. Recruiting posts that appear to offer less than the minimum wage are published only after administrator review. Job posts can be written only by members who signed up with email or social login.
7. Rights Infringement Reports and Temporary Measures: Anyone whose rights, such as privacy or reputation, are infringed by a post or comment may request its removal using the report feature or Contact support (My Info). Under Article 44-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, if it is difficult to determine whether rights were infringed or a dispute is expected, the Company temporarily hides the post or comment for a period of up to 30 days (a temporary measure) and notifies the reporter and the writer without delay. The writer may request reposting via Contact support (My Info) within the temporary-measure period, and the Company reviews both parties' statements and may repost (restore) the content. A post or comment that is not restored within 30 days from the day it was hidden is deleted automatically.
8. Place Photos: Place photos may be uploaded only by verified business owners (for their own place) and by staff, and only photos reviewed by an administrator are shown. The following photos are rejected or hidden: photos or works taken or made by someone else (without permission), photos showing a recognisable person without consent, photos unrelated to the actual place or likely to mislead, obscene, violent or hateful photos, photos showing other people's personal information (licence plates, contact details, documents, etc.), and photos with contact details, QR codes or text directing people to external sites. Photos can also be reported, and hidden photos follow the same temporary-measure procedure as 7. (deleted automatically if not restored within 30 days). We do not accept user review or rating photos.
