Cookie Policy
The Company uses cookies (or app local storage) for service convenience.
Essential storage: used for staying logged in (auth cookie), language settings, onboarding completion status, weather region setting, preferred currency, temporary location coordinates (kept only in on-device session storage, automatically deleted when the tab closes, never sent to the server), a per-tab statistics session identifier, hospital/pharmacy region selection, a non-member's location-consent withdrawal flag, app notification settings (a copy of the push token, notification-prompt status and a notification-connection check log (session storage)), a notification-menu viewed flag, the terms consent, display language and nationality chosen during social sign-up (session storage, deleted as soon as sign-up completes), a password-reset-in-progress flag (session storage, 15 minutes), an app sign-in completion flag (session storage), and the screen to return to after signing in — necessary for providing the Service's core functionality. On the operator (admin) screens, for security we use a last-activity time (a signed cookie kept for 30 days and device storage) and a location-ledger re-authentication cookie (expires when the browser closes or after 20 minutes); these are not stored for regular users. "My Plans" of non-members and guest members, and plans a member has not yet uploaded to the account, are kept only in the local storage of the device in use (until the user deletes them, signs out with the Sign out button, or clears browser data; not sent to the Company's servers), and session storage is used to briefly keep a plan imported by QR until you sign in (deleted when the tab is closed). A flag that a non-member or guest member agreed to the notice before using My Plans, and a flag that a member tapped [Later] on the amendment pop-up, are also kept in device storage. When a signed-in member or guest member signs out with the Sign out button, the plans kept on that device, plans imported by QR and held temporarily, the My Plans notice agreement flag and the [Later] flag are deleted from that device immediately. (These sentences take effect on November 1, 2026; for users who agree to the My Plans notice before then, they apply from the time of agreement.)
Optional cookies: We do not use analytics SDKs such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics (usage statistics are aggregated in-house using the per-tab statistics session identifier listed under essential storage); however, Google AdSense uses third-party cookies to display advertising. In the app, instead of cookies, the Google AdMob SDK uses the advertising identifier (device advertising ID) (not used by the iOS app) to show ads (banner and rewarded ads); personalized ads are shown only if you turn on the app's "Personalized ads" consent, and the iOS app does not track users and shows only non-personalized ads. For details, including how to opt out of personalized ads, see Section 16 (Behavioral Information) of the Privacy Policy.
Users may delete or refuse cookies and local storage data through their browser settings (refer to each browser's help documentation for specific steps). However, refusing essential cookies may cause inconvenience, such as being logged out and required to sign in again on every visit, or language preferences not being saved. Refusing optional cookies does not affect the Service's core functionality.
The Naver Map API may store its own data on your device to display the map.
Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland will be shown a consent message from a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP), and cookies may be used to store their consent status.
