- In accordance with the integration of residency statuses for overseas Koreans (effective Feb. 12, 2026), the schedules for employment training centers and the issuance of Construction Industry Employment Certificates will be adjusted starting in June (applications accepted in May). - New training and retraining will be conducted once a month at four hub employment training centers (Suwon, Seongnam, Daejeon, and Busan); Construction Industry Employment Certificates will be issued every two weeks at 10 institutions. - Mandatory submissions for employment training enrollment: Original Alien Registration Card/Passport, Passport-sized photograph (3cm x 4cm), and Certificate of Entry and Exit.
