- The validity period of the Certificate of Employment in the Construction Industry for Special Foreign Workers (H-2) has been extended from 1 year to 3 years (or 1 year and 10 months upon re-employment). (Effective Date: Feb. 28, 2024) - When reissuing the Certificate of Employment in the Construction Industry, a visit reservation via the employment education website is mandatory, and the fee is 9,500 won. (Effective Date: Apr. 1, 2024)
