- When applying, verify your status of residence and specify whether you are applying for new training or retraining. - Entry is mandatory before 09:00 on the day of training. Submit original Alien Registration Card, Passport, ID photo, and Certificate of Entry and Exit (if required). - Automatic refunds are issued if cancelled via My Page by the day before training (excluding holidays) (takes 7–14 days). No refunds are available for entry after the first session or for absences on the day of training.
